Let me follow Rob Duncan ( http://competitiveintelligence.ning.com/forum/topics/duplicity-star... ) in search of movies or at least the smallest fragments of movies about our profession. Can I count on your contribution?

Spooks
I'm sure the application of the series Spooks ( http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0160904/ ) goes beyond the principles of that summer vacation 2009 discussion ( http://fedcba.ning.com/forum/topics/one-of-our-tutorshercule ). Chiefly by virtue of what I've written there ( http://fedcba.ning.com/group/oifsb/forum/topics/2516803:Topic:6022 ): hence I'm looking forward to your fruitful contribution. Am I too optimistic that it will happen? But, joking apart, it would be worth observing how different knowledge and experience gained by each of us determine which fragments of Spooks' episodes each of us choose to emphasize certain Security & Safety Engineering aspects: hence let's go!

Every unprofessional use ( http://fedcba.ning.com/video/spookss01e021-1 ) of surveillance devices ( http://fedcba.ning.com/group/bi/forum/topics/nieelektroniczne-zagro... ) soon ends in failure or even a catastrophe ( http://fedcba.ning.com/video/spookss01e022-1 ), doesn't it?

Plans of buildings can sometimes make people safe from great danger ( http://fedcba.ning.com/video/spookss01e03-1 ), cannot they? However, should Security & Safety Engineers be familiarized with them as thoroughly as Civil Engineers?

Luckily for us, it ( http://fedcba.ning.com/xn/detail/2516803:Comment:6092 ) doesn't happen very often. Because just in Security & Safety profession the boundless love ends quite often tragically ( http://fedcba.ning.com/video/spookss01e04-1 ).

Who of you would be able to invent a hiding place for sensitive material better than the one invented by Jools Siviter and which is so proudly disclosed by him to Harry Pearce and Malcolm Wynn-Jones in this fragment ( http://fedcba.ning.com/video/spookss01e05-1 ) of the fifth episode of the first season ( http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0160904/episodes#season-1 )? ;-)

Oops! There is present Tom Quinn

and not Malcolm Wynn-Jones

. You've already noted that, haven't you?

The sixth episode of the first season ( http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0160904/episodes#season-1 ) furnishes us with very sad arguments ( http://fedcba.ning.com/video/spookss01e06-1 ) against electronic locks ( http://fedcba.ning.com/group/bi/forum/topics/biometryczne-technologie ), doesn't it?

It's so depressing to see that as good Security & Safety professional as Danny Hunter is quite accidentally beaten on duty by teenage phone robbers ( http://fedcba.ning.com/video/spookss02e01-1 ) ...

It seems the problem ( http://fedcba.ning.com/video/spookss02e02-1 ) has already become at that time much more urgent than it was seven years earlier ( http://fedcba.ning.com/video/flight-as-a-feather ). Incidentally, in that (very) old opinion of my daughter ( http://www.lemant.user.icpnet.pl/ ), I am an ardent adherent of the solution to the problem applied in the latter video ( http://www.lemant.user.icpnet.pl/tad/tv.html ). ;-) But, joking apart, can you say why police negotiation, which there ( http://fedcba.ning.com/xn/detail/2516803:Comment:5894 and http://fedcba.ning.com/xn/detail/2516803:Comment:5965 ) was so successful, in the situation illustrated with the help of the former video has been totally unsuccessful?

It is still the same idea of using repairs for the covert surveillance ( http://fedcba.ning.com/video/how-does-your-garden-growcs and http://fedcba.ning.com/video/spookss02e03-1 ). However, the great technological progress made during those eighty years or so has excellently furnished such covers

, hasn't it?

What do you ( http://fedcba.ning.com/group/bi/user/list ) think about Malcolm Wynn-Jones's artistic mastery ( http://fedcba.ning.com/video/spookss02e041-1 and http://fedcba.ning.com/video/spookss02e042-1 )? Has it been possible only because paper was cut into too big strips? I expect you ( http://fedcba.ning.com/group/oifsb/user/list ) will therefore remember about DIN 32757 ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Paper_shredder ) designing your security systems.
